Terms of Service

CompliAgency (“CompliAgency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides compliance workflow and document-template software for marketing agencies. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “you”) and CompliAgency.

CompliAgency is a software-as-a-service platform that helps agencies map client vendors, generate compliance document templates (such as DPAs, privacy policies, and compliance summaries), host client privacy centers, deploy cookie-consent banners, and monitor regulatory updates. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates, who act as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Applicable taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) are handled by Paddle and may be added at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops; you will not be charged again.

Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features not used. Our free tier lets you evaluate the Service before purchasing. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates others’ rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or
• present generated documents as independent legal advice from a licensed professional.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing all generated documents with a qualified professional before relying on them.

The Service, including its software, templates, and branding, is owned by CompliAgency and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Documents you generate for your own clients may be used for your legitimate business purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that any document will ensure legal compliance. CompliAgency is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliAgency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
