We do not warrant that any document or output will make you or your clients compliant with the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, other US state laws, or any other regulation. Automated, jurisdiction-aware customizations are provided to help, not to guarantee a particular legal outcome.

Third-party and AI-generated information
Regulatory alerts and vendor information may be sourced from or summarized by automated, AI, and third-party tools and may contain inaccuracies or be out of date. Alert-to-client matching and AI-drafted client messages are suggestions only. Always verify against official sources and review drafts before acting on them or sending them.
Scores, badges, and reports
Compliance health scores, trust badges, evidence packs, and reports reflect only the information entered into the Service at the time they were created. They are operational indicators, not a legal certification, audit opinion, or guarantee that you or your clients comply with any law.
Agencies and their clients
When an agency shares a CompliAgency-generated document with its client, the agency is responsible for that document and for explaining that it is a template that should be reviewed by a lawyer. CompliAgency has no relationship with, and gives no advice to, an agency’s clients or their customers.
